The Audi R8 impressed the entire team with is mix of handling finesse, brutish power and stunning looks. A truly brilliant car that we still talk about, lovingly, on a regular basis.

The Morgan Three Wheeler isn't only good to look at, it's brilliant fun as well. We thoroughly loved it.

The Lotus Exige S provides pretty much everything we like in a car -- angry looks, power, and awesome handling. It's a worthy addition to our shortlist.

How about a car that can tackle the desert while keeping you comfortable, AND keeping the kids entertained with an built-in DVD player? Oh, and it's got a supercharged 5.0-litre V-8. The new Range Rover is one hell of a car.

This may be a car that only one person will be able to experience at a time, but the BAC Mono provides an experience unlike anything else.

BMW's E30 M3 may not have been built in this century, but it's still a wicked mix of everything we love: power, looks, style, and handling. If only they still made them like that, eh?

Our winner is a worthy one -- it's pretty much the ultimate car. Created by a true petrolhead for people who want something truly special in their garages, the Pagani Huayra is our car of the year because it's simply...perfect.
