TCL V7300 46-inch 3D LED

With smart functions, active 3D and a slim profile, TCL seems to be packing a lot of features for the AU$1299 price tag.

TCL isn't one of the best-known brands in Australia, but that might be set to change, with the company recently getting chosen by Harvey Norman — meaning that you'll be seeing the products in an extra 140 stores around Australia.

The V7300 comes in 55-inch and 46-inch versions, and we've got the 46-inch model. Size-wise, the weight is quite impressive compared to some of its competitors in the same-size bracket, with the TCL's weight at just 17kg, including the stand.

It's an active 3D screen, and the smart TV functions include YouTube, Facebook and more. The TV also has built-in PVR and time-shift functions if you attach a USB stick or external hard drive into one of the two USB ports.

At just AU$1299, the price is certainly right, assuming that the performance is, too, although just AU$300 more will get you the 55-inch version.
