Sony DAV-DX375

Quick Take: The Sony DAV-DX375 is the most affordable home-theater-in-a-box product in the company's 2006 DVD Dream System product line. The 5.1-channel speaker system includes an automatic speaker setup program and a microphone to assist with proper speaker placement and optimizing sound quality. The connectivity of its built-in single-disc DVD/CD player is highlighted by an HDMI output, which can upconvert DVDs to 1080i or 720p. The system also includes two speaker stands that can be affixed to the front or rear speakers. The Sony DAV-DX375 ($400 list) will be available in April.
