Apple cofounder Steve Wozniak and Mattress Firm President and CEO Ken Murphy today announced a new tech-infused mattress, via live video conference. The Serta iComfort TempTouch is a memory foam mattress with "premium gel technology" designed to keep you cool and supported while you sleep.

We've seen smart mattresses with related apps that give you last night's sleep stats, models that promise to warm cold toes at night -- and even smart pillows with built-in sensors, speakers and color-changing LEDs. But we haven't yet come across a mattress touting "cooling technology."

Available exclusively at Mattress Firm, a US retailer with over 3,500 locations in 49 states, the iComfort TempTouch will retail for $1,299. We're tracking down more details on iComfort now, so check back for updates.
