Nokia N82 (Black) review: Nokia N82 (Black)

It may only be a different coloured casing but we think it's a huge improvement, given how ugly the silver version looks. One of our main criticisms of Nokia N82 was its dreary appearance, and this is a step in the right direction for an otherwise excellent phone

It may only be a different coloured casing, but it's a huge improvement, given how ugly the silver version looks. One of our main criticisms of Nokia N82 was its dreary appearance, and this is a step in the right direction for an otherwise excellent phone. It's not available just yet, but it will be soon, most likely for free on a monthly contract or for about £400 SIM-free. To find out more read our full review of the Nokia N82 here.

Nokia N82 (Black)

The Good

The black casing makes this N82 look much better than its silver sibling; 5-megapixel camera with xenon flash; GPS.

The Bad

Keypad can be fiddly to press at times.

The Bottom Line

We weren't blown away by the silver N82's looks, but the black paint job brings the phone together in a much more attractive way. Combine this makeover with the N82's 5-megapixel camera, GPS, HSDPA and Wi-Fi, and you've got one of the hottest phones to come out of Finland
