Available now for $60 ($30 for the device itself and an additional $30 for an included refill card), the Rally is Kyocera's newest feature phone for T-Mobile.

Measuring just 4.56 inches tall and 1.77 inches wide, the compact and lightweight (2.57 oz.) device is equipped with bare-bones specs for its low price.

It's equipped with a 1.8-inch display with a 128x160-pixel resolution. On the back is a VGA camera that can record 1080p video. You'll also get 64MB of onboard memory, with the option to expand up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. It is powered by a 760mAh battery that has an estimated talk time of up to four hours.

The handset has Bluetooth, the Brew mobile OS, and both English and Spanish language support. Basic task management apps include a calendar, alarm clock and timer, as well as enough space to hold up to 600 contacts.

We'll know more about the device once we get our hands on it for a review. In the meantime, for more on feature phones, check out CNET's list of best basic phones.
