The white PSP is finally here. Sony has confirmed that the ceramic white PlayStation Portable will go on sale in Australia from today.

Launching in the hugely popular Value Pack version, the 'Ceramic White' PSP will come equipped with special white accessories, including Headphones with Remote Control, Wrist Strap, Pouch and a 32MB Memory Stick Duo.

Since its Australian launch in September 2005, sales of the black PSP have been strong and will shortly eclipse 160,000 units.

"Based on unit sales in the period since launch, PSP has been the most successful PlayStation product we have released in Australia. The launch of the Ceramic White PSP will serve to stimulate further sales, encouraging a new wave of customers to discover the gaming, photography, movie and internet features available via the PSP," said Michael Ephraim, Managing Director for SCE Aust. and New Zealand.

The Ceramic White PSP Value Pack will be available for sale in Australia from Thursday, 4th May and will be sold for RRP AU$399.95. For a limited period, all purchases of the black and white PSP Value Packs will include a free game of choice, adding up to an additional AU$79.95 of value to the purchase.
