Forza Horizon 4 was already looking pretty cinematic.

Xbox

Microsoft touted the upcoming release of Forza Horizon 4 at its Inside Xbox event on Tuesday, But if you're an Xbox owner who doesn't happen to be interested in driving digital cars, the event offered other notable announcements. The biggest: mouse-and-keyboard support getting a slow rollout on the Xbox One.

For those who missed the event, here is the big news, in rapid-fire fashion:

Confirming a report from earlier this year, Microsoft detailed its plans to bring mouse-and-keyboard support to the Xbox One, starting with Warframe. It will come to other games should developers choose to integrate it.

Those plans come alongside a partnership with Razer, with more details coming at an upcoming event on Nov. 10.

Avatars are making a comeback

The update to Xbox Avatars, which had faded to the background of the Xbox's interface, is rolling out for some users in the Xbox preview beta. It will come to a wider audience in an October system update.

Forza Horizon 4 DLC and beyond

As expected given the heavy Forza Horizon 4 branding all over the stream, Microsoft revealed a route creator for the game and the inclusion of James Bond-themed cars. Those and other updates are headed to the game after its Oct. 2 release.

October's Games with Gold

October's Games With Gold titles were revealed, with the two most prominent titles being beloved multiplayer cooking game Overcooked and Diablo-like RPG Victor Vran, along with the backwards-compatible Stuntman Ignition and Hitman: Blood Money.

A free-to-play console bundle

Microsoft also revealed its own spin on Nintendo's earlier Switch/Fortnite bundle, with a Fortnite-centric Xbox One S bundle.
