Many games have Easter eggs, and The Coalition's upcoming shooter Gears of War 4 will be no different.

Studio boss Rod Fergusson recently said on Twitter, "We may have just created my favorite Easter egg in Gears 4. I hope you find it!" He didn't provide any further details about the Easter egg or why it's his favorite.

You can visit the Gears of War Wikia page to see a rundown of the Easter eggs hidden in the numerous entries in the gritty shooter series so far.

Fergusson also posted a picture of a lot of makeup, suggesting the announcement will come by way of some kind of video.
