Cheap 'Platinum' games come to PSP

Sony's PlayStation Portable finally has its own range of 'Platinum' titles, with nine classic games re-released with a price tag of AU$39.95 each.

Sony's PlayStation Portable finally has its own range of 'Platinum' titles, with nine classic games re-released with a price tag of AU$39.95 each.

Platinum status is given to games which have sold a high number of units within a specific timeframe. The Platinum program first debuted in 1997 for the original PlayStation.

The PSP Platinum games, which will be available locally from 29 June, are:
