Ah, toasty cheesiness right out of the oven.

If you've ever needed to make grilled cheese for a crowd of hungry people, then you need this hack in your life.

You can make six to nine grilled cheese sandwiches in your oven in just minutes and all you need is two baking sheets, depending on bread size and cookie sheet size. This is also a good way to make grilled cheese if you don't have a griddle.

Prep your grilled cheese sandwiches as usual, but instead of firing up the griddle, turn your oven's broiler on. Spray one cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place your sandwiches on the sheet.

Next, spray the other cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray on its bottom. To recap, don't put the spray where you normally would, put it on the flip-side of the pan. Trust me.

Now, place the bottom of the pan on top of the sandwiches. When the oven is preheated, put the whole thing on the middle rack of your oven for 1.5 minutes. Flip the sandwiches over and put them back in the oven.

After the another 1.5 minutes are up, check on the sandwiches. They should be perfectly toasted on both sides and gooey in the middle. If not, leave them in for another minute and check on them again. Depending on the hot spots in your oven, some sandwiches may get toastier than others.

This is a great trick if you have a bunch of kids -- or grownups -- that will just not stand for waiting in line for a sandwich.
