Apple Watch Series 7 in midnight color
Apple/CNET

The new Apple Watch Series 9 hit shelves just last month, which means that the Series 7 is now two generations old. But considering that these are some of the most advanced and capable wearables on the market, this 2021 model still has plenty to offer. And if you can live with some dings and scrapes, right now you can grab one at a pretty great price.

Woot currently has a variety of "scratch and dent"-grade refurbs on sale, with prices starting at $230 for the basic 41mm GPS-only model, which saves you $170 compared to the original list price. And you can save up to $279 on more advanced configurations. But these deals are only available until 9:59 p.m. PT (12:59 a.m. ET) tonight, and some configurations have already sold out, so we'd recommend getting your order in soon.

The Apple Watch Series 7 may be a few years old, but it's still no slouch by today's standards. It's got plenty of advanced fitness features, allowing you to track your exercise, blood oxygen levels, sleep and much more. You can even take an ECG to check your heart rhythm. It has essentially the same display as its successor, the Series 8, which allows for larger buttons in apps and a full QWERTY keyboard, making this watch easier to use than its predecessors. The battery lasts up to 18 hours on a single charge, and the Series 7 also has fast charging, so you can top off and get back to what matters without missing a beat.

The main catch with this Woot deal is that these are "scratch and dent"-grade refurbs, which means you should expect them to show signs of wear and tear. Other than that, they're in full working condition with batteries guaranteed to function at 85% capacity or more. A 90-day warranty is also provided.

There are a few different configurations to choose from at Woot. If you want the GPS-only version, you can snag the 41mm model for $230, or the larger 45mm model for $240. If you want cellular connectivity, the price jumps up to $240 for the 41mm model, and $250 for the 45mm model. And all models are available in various colors, though some variants have already sold out.
