Episodes of the God of Mischief's Marvel Cinematic Universe show will land on Wednesday instead of Friday.
WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier conditioned us to expect new episodes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows to land on Disney Plus on Fridays, but Loki is being typically mischievous and taking a different approach. New episodes of his upcoming show will hit the streaming service on Wednesdays, starting with the June 9 premiere, actor Tom Hiddleston revealed in a video Wednesday.
"Wednesdays are the new Fridays," he said, after jokingly bemoaning Loki's absence from the epic trailer Marvel Studios dropped on Monday.
The show, which was previously scheduled to begin June 11, sees Thor's villainous brother getting picked up by the bureaucratic Time Variance Authority shortly after teleporting away with the Tesseract in Avengers: Endgame. He apparently "broke reality" by doing so, and has to help make it right.
