Short Take: SunRiver reports earnings

Text terminal and network computer supplier SunRiver reported revenues of $23.9 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 1997, down from revenues of $37.7 million the same quarter a year ago. Net income was $396,000, or 1 cent per share, up from $237,000, or no cents per share, a year ago. First-quarter 1996 figures were restated to reflect the divestment of assets of software maker TradeWave, a former SunRiver subsidiary.
