Netscape Communications has announced agreements with help desk and customer service software makers to Web-enable their applications. The companies--which include Aurum, Clarify, Remedy, Scopus, Silknet, and Vantive--have made plans to incorporate elements of the Netscape's software, such as Javascript and Secure Sockets Layer, into their next-generation releases.
