NetGravity, a developer of software for serving Web ad banners, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 3 million shares in an IPO. All of the shares are being sold by the company. The offering is being managed by BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, and First Albany. NetGravity also will name Datamind's Susan Atherton as VP of sales.
