Kana Communications, a provider of Internet customer communications solutions, has appointed Eric Hahn to its board of directors. Founder of the venture capitalist firm Inventures Group and formerly chief technology officer at Netscape Communications, Hahn will provide Kana's management team with strategic long-range product and operational expertise. Previously, Hahn was the founder and CEO of Collabra Software, a groupware provider that was acquired by Netscape in 1995.
