Founder of the venture capitalist firm Inventures Group and formerly chief technology officer at Netscape Communications, Hahn will provide Kana's management team with strategic long-range product and operational expertise. Previously, Hahn was the founder and CEO of Collabra Software, a groupware provider that was acquired by Netscape in 1995.
