Juniper Bank opened its online doors, offering a credit card, checking accounts and other services. Founded earlier this year, the start-up last month raised $94 million in its second round of funding amid an uncertain market for banking entities without physical presences where customers could withdraw cash. Juniper was founded by First USA co-founder Richard Vague and former WingspanBank.com chief executive Jim Stewart.
