Web content company iVillage completed a third round of financing, which raised $21.5 million. Repeat investors include America Online, the Tribune, and venture capital partnership Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. New investors include Cox Interactive Media and General Electric Pension Trust. The company also acquired Health ResponseAbility Systems, which currently supplies medical information through its AOL Health Network.
