Short Take: InterWorld gets new CEO

Cofounder Robert Zangrillo has stepped down as chief executive of Internet commerce software firm InterWorld, which had been preparing for an IPO. Alan Andreini, formerly chief operating officer, becomes CEO. Zangrillo also resigned as a director, and has left the company to pursue other business interests. He remains a principal shareholder.
