Compaq Computer announced it will host the China Internet Technology Symposium to be held in Beijing May 6 and 7, 1997. Compaq and other industry leaders, including Microsoft, Intel, and Oracle, will confer with Chinese business and government leaders on the future of the Internet in China. Compaq expects attendance to be about 1,000.
