NEC unveils multimedia PC
NEC Technologies has unveiled a 150-MHz Pentium-processor-based multimedia PC that includes 16MB of RAM and a 1.6GB hard disk drive. The PC, dubbed Ready 9552, sells for $3,099.
NEC Technologies has unveiled a 150-MHz Pentium-processor-based multimedia home PC dubbed the Ready 9552. The PC sells for $3,099 and includes 16MB of RAM and a 1.6GB hard disk drive.
The system is preloaded with Windows 95 and comes with 20 software titles, including Microsoft Works and Netscape Navigator.
The PC also includes a handheld remote control, a telephone answering machine with speakerphone, voicemail, and 3D stereo surround sound.
