Software maker Merant, primarily known for making applications that help manage software projects, announced Monday the release of Collage, a collection of software for managing Web site content. Collage includes work flow control tools for managing the creation, editing and approval of Web content; auditing and reporting tools for tracking changes; and editing tools.
