InPhase pulls in $6.3 million

InPhase Technologies announced Wednesday that it raised $6.3 million toward its second round of funding, led by New Venture Partners. The Longmont, Colo.-based company hopes to raise a total of $15 million for the round and close it by September.
InPhase to date has raised a total of $21 million. The company develops optical storage systems for recording and storing media.
