Entrust CFO departs

Entrust Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENTU) slid 12 percent Monday after announcing its CFO is leaving.

Shares in the e-business infrastructure company were down 3.13 to 22.88. The stock has tumbled since a second-quarter warning in July.

The company said David L. Thompson resigned as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 30. He will join TrinTel Communications as the CFO.

David Wagner, current Vice President, Controller & Treasurer at Entrust Technologies, has been appointed acting CFO.
