LAS VEGAS--Loyal Motorola Droid owners, your wait for a replacement is over. Motorola has just announced the new Droid 4, a truly worthy upgrade.

Not only does the Motorola Droid 4 feature a big 4-inch qHD display, and access to Verizon's swift 4G LTE network, it rocks a full 5-row QWERTY keyboard, too. This is sure to bring a huge grin to the faces of avid Motorola Droid fans looking for a replacement device. That's because the Motorola Droid 3's lack of LTE was a massive disappointment.

Other treats onboard are a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 16GB of internal memory, plus a microSD card slot for extra expansion. An 8-megapixel camera stands ready to snap hi-res pics and shoot 1080p HD video. If that wasn't enough, the Droid 4 also sports what Motorola describes as a water-repellent nanocoating for splash resistance.
