Congruency receives $10.7 million
Congruency announced Tuesday that it has received $10.7 million as part of its fourth round of funding. The Rochelle Park, N.J.-based company hopes to raise between $20 million and $25 million for its fourth round. Elwin Capital Partners and the Challenge Fund joined the round, along with previous investors Vertex Management Israel and Giza Venture Capital. Congruency, which has raised $24 million in its current and previous rounds, develops software to transmit voice over the Internet via broadband networks. See complete list.
