Cast Iron Systems lines up $12 million

Cast Iron Systems is expected to announce next week that it has raised a $12 million second round of venture funding, led by Invesco Private Capital. Previous investors include Norwest Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital.

The Mountain View, Calif.-based company has raised a total of $20.3 million. Cast Iron Systems develops application integration appliances.
