BroadVision teams for integration software

Personalized e-business software maker BroadVision on Tuesday announced the availability of the BroadVision B2B Gateway, based on integration software built by WebMethods. The jointly developed product ties together data from back-end systems--such as enteprise resource planning, customer relationship management and supply-chain management applications--to Web sites. The company also announced that its longtime customer Xerox has selected the B2B Gateway product to allow its customers and trading partners to have real-time access to information stored in back-end systems of Xerox and its business partners. By providing access to its systems, the company is automating purchase-order management, order fulfillment and credit checks, among other processes. Pricing for the new product was not released.
