Australian IT pros unhappy at work

More than 80 percent of Australian information professionals are unhappy in their work, according to a recent survey. The survey by the Spherion Group, a work place performance company, found that 82 percent of its 700 IT participants were dissatisfied with their current job. In addition, 38 percent of respondents said that enjoying work was a major factor in job satisfaction, while only 12 percent said pay was a factor.
