eBay senior VP files to sell shares
Jeff Jordan, senior vice president and general manager of eBay's U.S. operations, filed on Friday to sell 22,222 shares of eBay stock for about $1.2 million. The stock sale was part of a planned schedule by Jordan and other eBay executives to sell shares to diversify their holdings, eBay spokesman Kevin Pursglove said. Jordan has been regularly selling shares since July.
