Peter Passell, a former economics professor at Columbia University and economics writer for The New York Times, is a senior fellow at the <a href=http://www.milkeninstitute.org/>Milken Institute</a> and the editor of its quarterly journal, <a href=http://www.milkeninstitute.org/publications/publications.taf?cat=MIR&function=list>The Milken Institute Review</a>. He is co-founder of <a href=http://regulation2point0.org>Regulation2point0</a>, a site hosting documents and commentary on economic regulation.
