Does Batman go down or not? That's the debate the entire internet was obsessed with this week after a Variety interview with the co-creators of the R-rated Harley Quinn animated series revealed DC put a stop to a planned scene where Batman was performing oral sex on Catwoman.
From the Variety piece: "...in this third season of 'Harley' [when] we had a moment where Batman was going down on Catwoman," Halpern said. "And DC was like, 'You can't do that. You absolutely cannot do that.' They're like, 'Heroes don't do that.'"

That quote set the internet on fire, starting a debate that's gone on for days: Is Batman a selfish lover? Or is this a case of DC making the wrong call.

Even former Batman Val Kilmer got in on the action.

But the latest person to enter the fray is none other than Zack Snyder himself. The director of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and, more recently the Snyder cut of Justice League, tweeted this earlier today. His position is clear.

Fans of Batman were enthused by Synder's take.

Few people know Batman like Zack Snyder, if he says Batman goes down, I'm inclined to believe him.
