Automatic Data Processing, a leading provider of payroll-processing services, announced Monday that it will provide tax information in electronic versions that can be imported directly into Intuit's latest TurboTax tax preparation software. ADP said in a statement that the 30 million workers it services will be able to access information from common forms such as W-2 and 1098 in an Instant Data Entry format that can funnel the data into a TurboTax form. The service will be available when ADP sends out its tax forms early next year.
