TradeCard deals $25.5 million

TradeCard announced Monday that it has raised $25.5 million in a third round of funding, led by Warburg Pincus. New York-based TradeCard has raised a total of $70 million. The company's software is designed to enable buyers, sellers and banks to conduct international transactions via the Internet, rather than use paper-based letters of credit.
