Watch this: Ep. 654: Where Jeff is elbow deep in poutine

Mark Licea fills in for Jeff, who's on vacation in Montreal reenacting "The Hangover," so get ready for a hate-free show. On today's episode of The 404, we're chatting about the new Netflix app for the Apple iPhone, Sumo wrestlers using iPads, "character amnesia" hitting China, and the first of many expired movie reviews from yours truly in a new segment we're calling Yu Ain't Seen That?! First film to scratch off the bucket list: "Raiders of the Lost Ark."

It's been a long time coming, but you can finally watch Netflix movies on your iPhone. The popular DVD mail-in and video subscription service has a free download for the iPhone and iPod Touch that lets you watch favorite movies and TV shows on the run, but you'll need to be a Netflix subscriber with a plan starting at $8.99 a month.

An easy-to-use search feature gives access to your favorite movies and TV shows, and you can also access your online queue for saved searches. In addition, you can stop a video and resume where you left off, whether you're watching it on your iPhone, computer, or game console, so you'll never have to track back. Good news for older-generation iPhone owners too--videos take seconds to load up over both 3G and Wi-Fi.

If Jeff weren't absent today, he'd likely complain about the lack of Android support, but it's only a matter of time; there's no official announcement yet, but earlier this month the company posted a job listing for an Android video playback expert.

According to Reuters, the Japanese Sumo Association is handing out Apple iPads to 51 sumo clubs in hopes the tablets will finally propel the wrestlers into the 21st century. Since we can't imagine a Sumo wrestler trying to tap out a Facebook update on the tiny iPhone, the iPad sounds like a more ideal solution (except that it still can't make phone calls).

The cheaper solution would be to take a page from South Korea and just donate a case of sausage stylii to to the cause. Years later, this still cracks me up.

Stick around for the second half where we debut the first movie review for Yu Ain't Seen That!? Today I'm breaking down "Raiders of the Lost Ark," a film that should've been on my shelf but for some reason slipped through the cracks.

From the CGI-less action scenes to John Williams' famous score and that piece of garbage monkey that almost ruined it all, "Raiders of the Lost Ark" definitely lived up to the hype and I'm ready to watch the rest of the series! Well, maybe not "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull"...it might be another 26 years before I'm ready for that one.

Have a great weekend everyone!
