T-Mobile fans have a reason to be excited after Tuesday's iPad event.

Apple's Web site lists T-Mobile as an option for both the iPad Air and the iPad Mini with Retina Display with Wi-Fi and cellular data. This is the first time Apple tablets will be available on the carrier.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere also tweeted the news after Apple's event, saying the iPad Air will be available on November 1 and the iPad Mini with Retina Display will be available later in the month.

In addition, T-Mobile is offering 200MB of free data per month. If customers want more data, they'll have to pay $30 for 2.5GB per month or $40 for 4.5GB per month. The sleek new iPad Air with Wi-Fi and cellular data starts at $629 for the 16GB version, while the iPad Mini with Retina Display with Wi-Fi and data starts at $529.

The iPad Air and the iPad Mini with Retina Display are also available with cellular data through AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.
