Sprint and EarthLink said Tuesday they have restructured their relationship and plan to offer a co-branded home page for Sprint's digital subscriber line (DSL) users.

The new agreement, which will last three years, allows EarthLink to contribute its brand and some of its Web services, such as its spam and pop-ups blockers, to Sprint DSL customers. The companies will also collaborate on sales and marketing for the site. Until now, EarthLink powered Sprint's home page but did not include its brand name. The deal applies only to Sprint's DSL customers in its local phone markets. Sprint also markets EarthLink products to its long-distance customers.
