Sony intros Magic Link PDA

Sony is demonstrating at Macworld this week the Magic Link PIC-2000. The PDA includes America Online access software.

SAN FRANCISCO--Sony Electronics is demonstrating at Macworld this week the Magic Link PIC-2000. The new personal digital assistant (PDA) will include software for access to AT&T PersonalLink and America Online.

Due on store shelves later this month, the Magic Link PIC-2000 will carry an $899 price tag. Along with the bundled software for Net access, the Magic Link PIC-2000 will feature a backlit screen, two PCMCIA Type II slots, 2MB of RAM, a 14.4-kbps modem, and speakerphone cability.
