Short Take: Windows Watcher closes its doors

Computer industry newsletter announced that its November 1997 issue was its last. The announcement, posted on its home page, cited the "rise of the Internet and the profusion of online content" as the most significant factors leading to its folding. The posting says instructions for redeeming outstanding subscriptions are in the newsletter's November issue.
