Wells Fargo Securities, the brokerage arm of Wells Fargo Bank, is offering Internet stock trades for a $29.95 flat rate. The bank hopes its new WellsTrade service, which will include information from Zacks Investment Research, will appeal to its 470,000 customers that already are banking online.
