Short Take: VP Gore visits IBM research facilities

Vice President Al Gore toured IBM's facilities in North Carolina's Research Triangle Park today and afterward met with executives from other companies in the area. "I believe that Gore wanted to visit a high-tech site and see cool products," a source at IBM said.
