Short Take: Tivoli signs bundling deal

IBM subsidiary Tivoli Systems announced it has signed an agreement with System Management ARTS to bundle that company's network analysis software with its own Enterprise management application. Tivoli's Enterprise software with the InCharge real-time analysis capabilities will ship by the end of this year.
