Internet service provider TheOnRamp is offering a branded version of the NeoPlanet Web browser interface, created by Bigfoot. The "plug-out" works on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, exchanging the IE interface for the NeoPlanet version. The browser will also include a built-in directory of popular sites and channels linking to TheOnRamp's services.
