Softway Systems, provider of UNIX system products for Microsoft Windows NT, named Grover Righter vice president of marketing. Prior to joining Softway, Righter served as vice president of the wireless content and services group at Geoworks. The company also named Brian Eisenberg managing director of European operations, which he will manage from Softway's new European headquarters in London. Eisenberg most recently created Starburst Technologies, a consulting company that specializes in helping North American software companies establish a presence in Europe.
