Short Take: Shiva names new board chairman

Shiva Corporation has appointed acting president and CEO James L. Zucco Jr. to serve as chairman of the board of directors. Zucco replaces former director and company chairman Frank Ignari. Zucco joined Shiva in April 1997 as chief operating officer and was named CEO in October. Ignari will now head consultant firm Growth Ally LLC, which specializes in helping prepublic companies grow.
