USWeb will name Robert Shaw as its chief executive tomorrow, replacing founder and current CEO Joe Firmage. Mr. Firmage will become chief strategist, according to the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Shaw is a former Oracle executive. A press conference has been scheduled for Thursday at 6 a.m. PT.
