Short Take: RF Micro Devices forges partnership with IBM

Wireless telecommunications company RF Micro Devices has inked an agreement to use IBM's Blue Logic silicon process technology in its radio frequency integrated circuits. RF Micro products using IBM technology will include CDMA telephones, ISM band transceivers, and general-purpose amplifiers.
