Interactive commercial real estate destination The Realm has received a $140 million investment. The site, owned by RealPulse.com and set to launch later in the year, is looking to tap the lucrative business-to-business market as a real estate industry hub of information, software and tools. The company also announced today it has closed acquisitions on four real estate technology companies--Argus Financial Software, B.J. Murray, CTI and Newstar Solutions--to support its initiative. Investors include CMGI, Hicks Muse Tate & Furst, TH Lee Putnam Internet Partners and Gleacher Capital Partners.
