Short Take: Oracle completes Datalogix acquisition

Oracle today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Datalogix International, a Valhalla, NY-based developer of client-server manufacturing process software. In a deal first made public last fall, Oracle said it paid $94 million, or $8 a share, for the company which it said will add new depth to its business applications offerings.
